Plate reinforcement binding
viewed: 1056 Release time:2020-12-11

1. Process flow:

Clear the formwork → draw a line on the formwork → bind the stress bar under the plate → bind the negative bending moment reinforcement

2. Clean up the sundries on the formwork, mark the main reinforcement on the formwork with chalk, and distribute the spacing of reinforcement.

3. According to the marked spacing, the main stressed reinforcement shall be placed first, and then the distribution reinforcement. The embedded parts, wire pipes and reserved holes shall be installed in time. The short direction reinforcement is in the lower part, and the long direction reinforcement is in the upper part.

4. When there are slab and beam in cast-in-place slab, the slab and beam reinforcement shall be bound first, and then the slab reinforcement shall be placed.

5. When binding the plate reinforcement, it is generally used to make a straight buckle or an eight shape buckle. Except that the intersection points of the two peripheral bars should be bound completely, the other points can be staggered bound (the intersection points of two-way slabs must be bound completely). If the slab is double-layer reinforcement, a steel bar stool shall be added between the two layers of reinforcement to ensure the position of the upper reinforcement. Each intersection point of negative moment reinforcement shall be bound.

6. Place mortar cushion blocks under the reinforcement with a spacing of 1.5m. The thickness of the cushion block is equal to the thickness of the protective layer, which shall meet the design requirements. If there is no design requirement, the thickness of the protective layer of the slab shall be 15 mm, and the requirements of the overlapping length and position of the reinforcement are the same as those of the beam mentioned above.
